It comes in a tube with a thick, creamy formula that's really easy to work with. I squeeze a small amount onto the back of my hand, and while I'm getting my brush ready, the surface sets slightly, kind of like paint on a palette. The formula is thick enough that it's actually easier for beginners to use compared to liquid concealers in a pen applicator. After blending it thinly on the back of my hand with a brush, I apply one layer to the areas I want to cover. It does an amazing job hiding blemishes, breakouts, and those stubborn dark spots. The coverage stays put really well too, so even after 8 to 10 hours at work, I don't need to touch it up. Since I use such small amounts, it's hard to finish before it expires, but compared to the original brand, this is about one-third of the price and goes on sale frequently, so the value for money is fantastic. The shade runs quite dark, which was disappointing. At first, I only read the description online and bought what was labeled as a natural shade, but when I compared it to my regular foundation, it was noticeably darker. While the darker shade does provide better coverage, the oxidation is so strong that it's hard to use on the center of my face. So I tried the brightest shade next time, but even that one looked dark compared to my number 21 foundation. In the last photo, the top is the natural shade and the bottom is the bright shade. Shade 21 was a bit too dark for me, but I have to say the generous amount you get is definitely a plus! It applies really thick, so you need to take good care of your skin before using it. There was a time when they were heavily promoting how great the coverage is, but honestly, it doesn't cover as well as I expected.

When I apply it gently with a brush, it covers pores beautifully and blends seamlessly into the skin. The generous size lasted me two years, which is amazing. The shade is so natural and perfect for coverage without looking overdone. The staying power is fantastic too. I've used this product down to the very last bit because I absolutely love it. The only downside is that there's no pump, so I have to squeeze the product onto the back of my hand or a palette every time I use it. Since I can't control the amount easily, I do waste some product, which feels like a shame. The coverage is fantastic! I have acne scars and this product does an amazing job of concealing them. The application is smooth and blends beautifully too! It does tend to dry out the skin, which makes touch-ups a bit tricky throughout the day. Also, the shade runs on the darker side, so you might find it challenging to match it perfectly with your skin tone. Life-changing concealer. I feel like I've gone through 15 tubes in my lifetime, and I'm absolutely going to keep using it forever. Doesn't exist for me. I reach for this way more often than foundation. It applies beautifully without emphasizing texture or enlarging pores like some foundations do. When I apply it thinly to my T-zone and nose, it stays put all day and doesn't cake up. Honestly, if this gets discontinued, I won't know what to use instead! I really can't think of any downsides. Please keep making this product for a long time! Instead of using foundation, I apply this thinly to the areas I want to cover, then quickly tap and blend it in with a sponge. Great at covering stubble and beard shadow. I've been using this for 8 years now and keep coming back to it. My skin feels really dry after using it. This is absolutely perfect for covering redness. I naturally have redness on my cheeks, between my brows, and around my nose. Especially after drinking, my face gets incredibly flushed, so no matter what base I use, it always looks patchy. But once I apply this product, it completely disappears. The color itself has a grayish tone that really neutralizes redness beautifully. That said, you absolutely have to be careful with how much you use. If you don't, it gets messy, clumps up, and flakes everywhere. First, when I apply foundation, I use less on the areas where I want to cover redness. Apply it super thin, just enough so blemishes still show through a bit. Then I squeeze out just a tiny amount of this product, blend it evenly on a sponge, and gently press it on without any pressure. The moment you start tapping hard, your skin texture falls apart and flakes become more noticeable. Your skin can only handle so much product layered on top, so if you apply this over a thick layer of foundation, it breaks down quickly. That's why you need to keep your base makeup light from the start. This way, your skin looks beautiful and the coverage actually lasts. Honestly, the first time I wore this to a social event, my friends were like, "Your face isn't red today!" The results were that good! This product does have its limits when it comes to covering blemishes. For me, concealing acne scars, blemishes, and spots works better with a concealer pencil or pot formula rather than a liquid type. It doesn't work well at all with matte powder foundation and mineral sunscreen. You really should use at least a hydrating sunscreen with a dewy finish! On days when I haven't managed my skin care well or when my skin is just having an off day, honestly no matter what I do, it lifts slightly. But once some time passes and my skin oils come through, it smooths back out. If you're like me and applying this over a large area, make sure to prep your skin really well. I use toner, then hydrating essence, then an emulsion with good moisture balance. I apply all three layers carefully. Once the toner is mostly absorbed, I apply the essence and let it sink in, then seal everything in with the emulsion while thinking about locking in that hydration. For the eye area, don't apply too much or it'll shift when you do your eye makeup. My skin is combination skin that experiences occasional breakouts. Since I have a few blemish marks, I always need to apply concealer after foundation. I use shade 21 for my foundation, and I go one shade darker with shade 23 Natural for my concealer, and it covers really well! It doesn't shift even as time goes on, and it stays moisturized throughout the day. Plus, since it comes in a tube, it's super convenient to dispense just what I need, and there's quite a bit of product, so I think it'll last me a long time. Since it's a tube formula, I sometimes end up squeezing out way more than I need. It's such a waste when that happens.
