This is the brightest cool-toned pink among all the lip liners. While most lip liners have warm undertones, this one is genuinely a crisp, cool pink with a white-ish finish. It's so pale that you need to blend it out a bit after applying. Plus, I couldn't find a single store with testers available to try it first. It works great when you pair it with a darker lip liner. Though I have to say, it's a bit of a hassle to layer.

I'm absolutely loving the Strawberry Milk shade! It's such a versatile product that brightens up darker lip colors beautifully. This is the famous Heart Percent lip liner in Strawberry Milk, a beautiful pastel pink shade. It covers lip discoloration really well and creates a natural-looking overlip effect. The application is smooth and blends beautifully. The wear time isn't the longest, but honestly, I think this would look absolutely stunning on anyone with cool undertones. The product amount is quite small. If you use it regularly, it runs out pretty quickly. That's really the only downside though.

The application is fantastic - it has just the right matte finish while gliding on smoothly. My skin tone is fair, but my natural lip color tends to be quite dark, so everything I apply looks a bit dull. This product really brightens up my lips to the perfect level. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with naturally darker or muted lip tones. In the color comparison shot, the left is the Amuse Lip Merger in Rose, and the right is this product. I was actually worried this shade would be too bright, which is why I bought the Amuse version instead - but honestly, I regret that purchase now because this lip liner neutralizes my natural lip color so beautifully. If you love bright pinks or hot pink shades and want a lip liner that really lets your true color shine through, nothing compares to this one. The staying power is impressive too - it stayed put even after eating. I'm also really happy with the packaging design. The cap has a gorgeous copper finish, the body is white, and the actual color is displayed as a stripe on the tube. It looks so luxurious and beautiful. While it's a bit thicker and chunkier than other lip liners, it's not overdone - this size is exactly what I love. It's a bit too pale and chalky, so it might be too much for creating a moody lip look. If you have a light undertone and find that cool-toned lip products still pull warm on you, this is an absolute must-have in shades 15-17. It creates a naturally enhanced lip look and works beautifully as a base for layering other lip colors. If I'm being honest, while it's fine for defining the lip line, using it as a base tends to emphasize dry patches and texture, which is a bit disappointing. When I use this as a lip liner and base, then layer a peachy-pink shade on top, everyone asks what lip product I'm wearing because the result looks so polished.

Even after my lips fade, it leaves this bright neon outline that just won't budge.
