Texture It's white, semi-transparent, and lightweight with a fluid consistency that flows smoothly like water. I'd describe it as having a slightly thicker milk-like texture. Spreadability It applies beautifully and absorbs into the skin quickly without sitting on the surface or feeling heavy. The coverage is really smooth and effortless. Scent The fragrance isn't bothersome at all. It has a subtle, typical cosmetic scent, though if you're extremely sensitive to fragrances, you might notice it. Personally, I didn't get any strong kombucha or floral vibes from it, which I actually appreciated. I think fragrance in face products can sometimes irritate skin, so I was glad this was mild. Effectiveness It's a solid serum that seems perfect for combination skin types. Since I have dry skin, I felt it wasn't quite enough moisture for my needs, and I noticed my makeup shifted a bit on days I used it. That said, the ingredients and performance themselves seem solid with no issues. Skin Type Highly recommended for combination skin! It leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean. I personally prefer a richer, more nourished feel, and while I have sensitive, atopic-prone skin, this didn't cause any irritation, redness, or adverse reactions, which was great. This product does an amazing job controlling dry skin without any sticky residue, and I absolutely love it. I'm definitely planning to repurchase! The scent is a bit unique, but it's not bothersome enough to be a dealbreaker.
