When I'm choosing a lip balm, here's what I look for: - How well does it add color? - Does it really tackle dryness? - Is it too sticky or slippery? - How does it look overall? That's basically it! What first drew me to this product was how beautifully it shows up even on bare lips, and it has this sophisticated, uncommon shade that's just gorgeous. Plus, there's zero stickiness, and the moisture lasts for such a long time—I'm really happy with that. People around me kept asking what product I was using, and the packaging is beautiful too! If you want something that does double duty as both a lip balm and a tint or lipstick, I'd definitely recommend this one! Honestly, there's nothing disappointing about it! I'm just so satisfied with this product overall! If you apply a lip base first and use this on its own without any other lip products, it looks really pretty!

It glides on smoothly like an oil, which makes it comfortable to apply in winter, but it doesn't really soothe dry patches or boost hydration the way I'd hoped. That said, the color is pretty and works for any occasion, which is nice. The scent is unusual and quite strong with this grassy, herbal vibe that I can't quite put my finger on. The real letdown is how unclear its purpose feels—it's not quite a no-makeup look product, but it's not really a full makeup product either. It gives a nice flush of color and blends so smoothly. The hydration is pretty decent too. The moisture isn't amazing, just okay honestly. Since it has some color to it, you'll probably want to reapply it throughout the day for best results.
