I absolutely loved how well this product covers redness! Since I have rosacea and uneven skin tone, using this tinted sunscreen base really transforms my complexion into something much more uniform and natural-looking. Even with a thin application, the coverage is impressive, making it perfect as a base before makeup. Plus, it has built-in sun protection, so I get the benefit of UV defense at the same time. The formula glides smoothly onto my skin and the brightening effect looks so natural that I'm really happy with it. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The product feels a bit sticky, and after applying it, my skin sometimes feels heavy and uncomfortable. Especially on hot days or when I'm sweating a lot, I noticed it tends to shift around, which can make my makeup look messy. Because of this, during the humid summer months, it was difficult to keep reapplying it throughout the day.

I'm a cool-toned, light undertone for summer, and I always reach for shades 21 or lighter. I'm not the best at makeup application, and when I apply products too thickly, everything looks heavy and cakey. That's why I prefer a luminous, feather-light finish over full coverage - I'd rather see a few blemishes peek through than sacrifice that fresh, dewy look. Formula & Adherence This glides on like a dream and hugs my skin beautifully. The formula blends three types of powders - coverage, tone-up, and blur - creating a primer-like effect that smooths out pores and texture without any pilling or clumping. Shade, Scent & Size The shade has an ivory undertone that matches my skin perfectly, and there's virtually no fragrance. The 40ml size feels generous, and since I'm using this mainly for tone-up correction, I plan to apply it in thin layers rather than slathering it on. The hydration level isn't quite where I'd like it to be, so if you have dry skin like mine, you might notice some flaking. Whenever I use this, I make sure to mist my skin with hydrating toner first before application. I really care about skin texture, and since this promises a porcelain-like finish, I had high expectations - and I'm happy to say it delivers. My skin has freckles, so I'm religious about sunscreen no matter what. That's why whether I'm using a tone-up base or anything else, I always make sure it has UV protection built in. This one has SPF50+ and PA++++, so I'm completely satisfied. I'm not a fan of anything too matte, and this strikes the perfect balance - it applies smoothly and finishes with a soft, powdery feel that looks natural and fresh.

Classic BB cream vibes, minus the ashy cast I'm the type who just applies sunscreen daily and skips full makeup, so I'm drawn to tone-up sunscreens like this. This product is perfect for that routine. The formula and feel reminded me of the BB cream I used back in high school. Sure, since it's technically a sun base, it feels slightly heavier than a traditional BB cream, but I loved that it doesn't have that ashy undertone that's the biggest downside of most BB creams. 2. Excellent tone correction As you can see, my skin deals with redness and blemishes, but this evened out my complexion beautifully. It doesn't provide full coverage like a foundation would, but for a tone-up sunscreen, it's seriously impressive! True to its "sun base" name, it really feels more like a base product than just a sunscreen. 3. Stays put even when I'm lazy and apply it with my hands I tested it by applying it with a spatula and sponge on one side of my face and just quickly rubbing it on with my hands on the other side, and I was shocked there was barely any difference. This is perfect for anyone who hates fussing with makeup! I'd recommend it as a quick makeup product for busy mornings. The wear time is solid too! 1. Can feel a bit dry on dry skin types Most high-performance sun bases are like this, but this one does lean toward the drier side. It feels fine when you first apply it, but around the 6-hour mark, it starts to feel a bit parched. I learned I need to prep with a hydrating base before using it. People with oily skin shouldn't have any issues though. 2. Only comes in one shade I have a light, warm spring skin tone (shades 19-21), and thankfully it worked out fine, though it didn't make me look dramatically brighter. But if you have a deeper tone like shade 23, this might feel too light and unflattering. That said, the formula itself is solid, so applying it thinly could still look natural! I just swipe it all over my face with my hands, do a quick spot correction with concealer where needed, and I'm done with makeup! It's become such a handy product for me going forward!
