I love how convenient it is to get multiple vitamins and minerals in just one daily tablet. Since I've been taking it consistently, I've noticed my energy levels have improved and I feel less worn out. The tablet is a bit large, so you need to be careful when swallowing it. Since it requires water to take, it's not always easy to take it on the go or whenever you need it.

I love the cheerful yellow packaging too, and the pills are easy to swallow without any hassle. My main concern is that this is heavily focused on B-complex vitamins, so I still need to take vitamin A separately, which defeats the purpose of a true multivitamin. Another frustration is that silica gel particles come loose when I open the bottle, making it messy to get the pills out. But honestly, the biggest reason for my low rating is the unpleasant smell. It has this weird, off-putting fishy odor that makes me feel queasy every time I take it. Great value for the price. Really affordable! I bought this because I heard vitamin B is great for energy, and while I can't say I noticed a huge difference, it's definitely better than not taking anything at all. I'm finishing the whole bottle. Plus, the pills are small and easy to swallow, which I really appreciate. You'll need to supplement with other nutrients beyond the B vitamins. It's perfectly decent and does the job well. Best of all, it offers great value for the price, and it's so convenient to take regularly. Every time I take it, the flavor fills my entire mouth and it's really tough to deal with. The aftertaste from the tablet lingers way too long, which is frustrating.
