Taking just one dose daily makes it so convenient to get calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D all in one go. The pill size is just right, so swallowing it is totally hassle-free. The taste is pretty much nonexistent, and you need to take it with water, so if you prefer chewable supplements, this might feel a bit bland for you.

Overall, it's a solid, no-fuss product that does the job. The downside is that you need to take it twice a day, which feels like a hassle. I was looking for a supplement to fill the gaps in my current multivitamin since it seemed to be missing or low in calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, and vitamin K. This product was exactly what I needed, so I decided to add it to my routine. What I really appreciate is that it's completely flavorless and odorless, plus the price point is really reasonable. My only complaint is about the desiccant container inside the bottle—it's way too large and makes it difficult to dispense the tablets. When I gently shake the bottle, only one tablet comes out, but if I shake it a bit harder, three or four tumble out at once. Sometimes they even fall on the floor, which is frustrating. This design issue is why I had to deduct a star from my rating. I'm currently taking these by marking off each day on a calendar like in the photo and checking them off as I go. Without doing this, I kept losing track of whether I'd already taken my dose for the day or not.

I'm Vita really sticks to the basics, and I love that it doesn't break the bank. Sure, it's not quite as luxurious as the premium line, but the price point is so fair that I'm totally happy with it. Some people might feel like it's missing something. If you're looking for higher concentrations of active ingredients, I'd suggest checking out other products instead.

This product is great because it contains five essential nutrients for bone health and delivers more than the daily recommended amount. Plus, the tablets are small and easy to swallow. Since it's a high-potency formula, you do need to take two tablets daily, which is the only drawback I can mention.
