I love how easy it is to get my daily magnesium with just one tablet. I've been taking it consistently because I really feel the difference in muscle relaxation and how much better my energy levels are. The tablet is pretty large, which can make it a bit tricky to swallow. I've been dealing with some eye twitching, and taking this together with my multivitamin seems to really help. I'm noticing a real difference! I can't really think of any downsides. True to its name, the formula is beautifully simple. The packaging is adorable, and I really appreciated how easy it makes it to get just the right amount of magnesium I need. That said, for such a straightforward product, the price feels a bit steep. There are plenty of alternatives out there, so I'm not sure it offers enough of an advantage to justify the cost.
