This toner is a staple for my extremely dry skin. It hydrates without over-drying, and since it doesn't contain exfoliating ingredients, it's gentle and non-irritating. I need to use quite a bit to feel like my skin is getting moisturized. The dispenser only releases a small amount each time, so I end up applying it three or four times to get enough product.
