I can use this daily and my skin stays beautifully hydrated without any dryness. The honey formula is absolutely wonderful, and I can really feel the honey scent when I apply it. The downside is really the limitation of a foam cleanser itself, I'd say. Though honestly, it also comes down to how thoroughly you can cleanse by hand. Eye makeup doesn't come off as cleanly as I'd like, especially waterproof mascara. I'll probably end up using a cotton swab to finish the job. Apply the product across your entire face, then use a dedicated eye makeup remover to gently cleanse the eye area first. For evening cleansing, I tried it after using a cleansing oil or emulsion for the first few days. As a mask, I haven't used it daily—just about 4 times, so 2-3 times a week! My skin is combination, dealing with both dryness and oiliness. Usually when I use foam cleansers, my skin feels tight and dry, so I have to follow up with skincare products right away. But normally my face gets sweaty and my T-zone tends to be oily. What I love most about this mask cleanser is that after cleansing, there's absolutely no dryness or tightness! The photo shows a cleansing power test with sunscreen, eyebrow product, eyeliner, and lip liner (the eyeliner isn't waterproof, by the way). As you can see in the photo, the sunscreen shows water droplets where it was applied, so it wasn't completely removed. Some lip liner residue remained too. But since I do double cleansing anyway, it's not a big deal for me. For morning cleansing, the cleansing power is solid, there's no greasy or sticky residue, and best of all, my skin doesn't feel dry after cleansing—I absolutely love that! My skin feels smoother and doesn't get tight, which is amazing. As you roll it on, people say there's a warming sensation like a spa treatment, though I don't feel it intensely—just a gentle warmth. The texture is literally honey itself. It's thick and sticky with a honey-like color, but the scent isn't quite honey—it's more like a sweet rice syrup? Not just sugary, but with a slightly nutty, toasted quality. There's fragrance in it, but it's not irritating and the sweetness actually feels comforting. How to use it! As the product instructions say, apply it to your face and do a gentle rolling massage—you'll feel a subtle warming sensation. At first I was surprised, but it's actually really soothing? Even though the texture is thick, it glides so smoothly during massage with zero friction. After about a minute of massage, you rinse it off. I especially recommend this to anyone who wants to maintain hydration while getting that pack effect daily without the fuss. It's perfect for busy lifestyles because you can do a quick, stress-free treatment anytime! The only downsides are that it contains fragrance and I wish the size was bigger. Since you're not just cleansing but also massaging, you do go through a decent amount of product. At this usage rate, I think it'll run out pretty quickly! I think it works best when you use it during a bath or shower! Or pairing it with a warm towel would probably boost the benefits even more.
