I have sensitive skin and struggled to find products that work for me, but this one feels so soothing and comfortable when I apply it. No downsides at all, I really love it. There's nothing I wish were different. It's just great!

I used to skip emulsion and just apply toner, serum, and cream, but when winter arrived, I started feeling dryness, so I decided to give this a try. The texture is absolutely perfect—not too thin, not too thick, exactly what I was looking for. I grabbed it right away. After applying it, the formula feels incredibly light and fresh without any heaviness or greasiness. It absorbs beautifully without any stickiness. I used to avoid emulsions because they felt too heavy, and I was thinking about adding a hydrating cream instead, but this product's texture is so amazing (it has this silky hydrating cream vibe?) that I've replaced my hydrating cream with this one. After using it for about three or four days, I'm really happy with how fresh my skin feels right after application. There's no oiliness, no tackiness—it sinks in instantly and smoothly. The scent has a subtle herbal note, so there's no off-putting smell at all. I was considering a hydrating cream, but I ended up getting this product because I fell in love with the texture. For me, it feels like it's slightly lacking in hydration. If it had just a bit more moisture, I think it would be great to use without needing a separate hydrating cream. I personally love herbal scents, so it doesn't bother me, but if you dislike herbal or floral fragrances, or if you prefer other types of scents like flower notes, you might find the scent a bit off-putting. I'd recommend using this alongside a lightweight hydrating cream. Is this the Innolabs Aqua Firming Cream? Using them together would make the results even better.

My skin is really sensitive, and products that other people say are gentle still sting for me. But this one didn't irritate my skin at all, and I'm really happy with it. Well, overall it was fine. Right after cleansing, I spray the mist and then gently pat my face with the toner and emulsion. The hydration feels like it lasts all day long! The scent has that clean, natural cosmetics smell to it. I use this regularly after cleansing to wipe away residue, and I really appreciate that it doesn't leave my skin feeling stung or irritated afterward You need to saturate the cotton pad generously, but since it has a slightly thick consistency rather than being runny, there's a limit to how much product you can actually get onto the pad
