It's such a gentle emulsion that even my sensitive skin handles it without any issues. It feels more like an essence than an emulsion, it's incredibly soothing, and it tackles my dry patches beautifully. I honestly think it works for every skin type. No matter how pricey it is, whenever my skin would act up during school, I'd always stock up on two bottles at a time. I've tried the entire EGF line, but this one works best for my sensitive, oily skin. Personally, it suits me better than any cream or emulsion out there. I really can't find anything to complain about, and I'm just grateful. The only thing is, it's more of a survival product when nothing else works rather than something that actively transforms your skin. Apply it like an emulsion after your toner. It's fine during summer, but I'd recommend adding an extra hydrating step during winter.

If you're expecting dramatic skin-renewing results just because it contains EGF, you might be disappointed. I didn't notice any obvious plumping effect or significant change in skin tone. This is definitely in my top 3 favorite products I've ever used! My skin is combination—dry underneath but oily on the surface, and I occasionally get a breakout or two around my period. No matter how carefully I applied my base products or got professional facials, everything would separate and look patchy. I actually work in skincare, so I've tried plenty of expensive professional-grade products, but since I started using this, I've never worried about my base routine again. It glides on smoothly and absorbs completely without any stickiness! I love that the formula is organic, so I feel confident using it. I think I'll be using this essence forever unless I find something even better! In summer, I use toner, essence, eye cream, and hydrating moisturizer. In winter, I add an ampoule, regenerating cream, and use the same routine. It's more hydrating than most ampoules I've tried. Seriously, give it a shot! Trust me on this one!!!"
