My skin suddenly became really dry and my scalp felt irritated, so I bought this to alternate with my regular shampoo. It works great! Since I have oily skin and scalp, whenever I'm not feeling well, everything gets super dry. I got this specifically for those times, and I'm really happy with it. I actually had a bad experience with a similar product from another brand, so I was worried, but this one is completely different. I don't like products with too many ingredients or silicone oils, and this one is exactly my style - minimal ingredients and silicone-free. It's gentle on the scalp. Plus, it lathers really well! The foam is rich and the cleansing power is solid. It leaves just the right amount of moisture balance on my scalp, so my scalp feels comfortable. And my hair isn't stiff at all - it's actually soft. I absolutely love it! Once my skin returned to normal (oily), I found the cleansing power was a bit weak for me. The lather builds up beautifully and the cleansing power is really impressive. I started using it because it's made from natural ingredients, and I've been loving it for over 2 years now. I can't really point to any downsides. I chose this natural shampoo specifically because I wanted something made from natural ingredients to help with hair loss prevention.

The scent is lovely and the cleansing power is fantastic! I actually got this as a complimentary sample when I purchased their sunscreen, and I'm really impressed. Once I finish this, I'm definitely buying the full-size version. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone with oily skin! The price is a bit steep, to be honest. All of their products are pricey, though I will say the quality is definitely there. The mint ingredient really gives my hair such a fresh, clean feeling after shampooing. It feels so refreshing and invigorating. The area around my ears and the sides of my hair were incredibly itchy while using this shampoo - I found myself scratching constantly. Once I stopped using it, the itching went away completely. This is honestly the best shampoo I've ever used. I was losing so much hair before, but it's made a huge difference in reducing that. Plus, my hair feels incredibly silky and smooth now. There's really not much to complain about. This shampoo has great ingredients and gets amazing word-of-mouth recommendations, so I decided to try it myself and paid full price for it. ::::::::::::: HOW IT FEELS :::::::::::: After giving birth, I was looking for a volumizing shampoo with quality ingredients to prepare for potential hair loss. I've been using this one, and I understand it's a pH-balanced formula. After using it, my scalp feels incredibly clean and refreshed. Most shampoos that leave your scalp feeling squeaky clean tend to make your hair feel dry and rough, but this one doesn't. Even though I have long hair, I only need to condition about once every few washes. When I use this shampoo alone, my hair doesn't feel dry or straw-like at all. (Honestly, after having a baby, I've been so busy with my little one that I often just use the shampoo by itself without conditioning!) :::::::::::::: SCENT ::::::::::::::::: The rosemary and mint fragrance is absolutely refreshing and invigorating. I'm really impressed with how it makes me feel. :::::::::::::: TEXTURE ::::::::::::::::: The consistency is just right—it doesn't run down, but it's not too thick either. It has a normal shampoo consistency. When I massage it into different areas of my scalp with my fingers, it lathers beautifully without any issues. I'm not someone who expects a lasting fragrance from shampoo, so I'm not too disappointed, but I know a lot of people these days prefer perfumed shampoos. Unfortunately, the scent doesn't linger on your hair after washing. While the rosemary and mint smell wonderful when you're washing, I do wish the fragrance would stick around longer. If you're looking for a shampoo with lasting scent, keep that in mind. And then there's the price. I wish it were more affordable because I'd love to make this my holy grail product, but the price point is pretty steep. The rosemary and mint scent is really refreshing. I'm someone who focuses a lot on my scalp when washing my hair. For my long hair, I pump about half a pump into my palm, work it between my hands a few times, then massage it thoroughly into every corner of my scalp. The lather is fantastic, and thanks to the rosemary and mint, my scalp feels incredibly clean and invigorated. I'm pleasantly surprised by how effective the cleansing power is, and my scalp itching has completely disappeared! I've only used it once so far, so I can't say for certain yet, but it seems really promising. The fragrance is barely noticeable, and it's quite pricey. I originally ordered the tea tree scalp shampoo, but since it was delayed shipping from the US, I switched to the rosemary mint version instead. I don't have oily hair, but my scalp gets itchy by evening, my husband has a flaky scalp with hair loss, and my son breaks out in acne constantly, so we each used different shampoos before. Now we've all switched to using this one together. I've been on a quest to find a shampoo that doesn't make my scalp itch - I've tried Aveda, Aromatica, Kerastase, Tsubaki, Head Spa, Botanist salon-recommended shampoos, and more. I was considering getting Doctor Alga's tea tree shampoo, which ranks number one on Hwae, but after reading comments saying it doesn't lather well and feels stiff, I ordered Innolabz instead. The ingredients are almost identical and the packaging is similar too. Even though it's supposed to be a mild acidic formula with natural ingredients, it creates a rich lather. With just two pumps, I can thoroughly wash my shoulder-length hair and carefully cleanse my scalp. By afternoon, my scalp feels less itchy, and when I smell my scalp, there's no greasy odor. My hair doesn't feel overly stiff like it does with Aromatica's scalp shampoo - it's just normal. The ingredients are great, I'm satisfied with how it feels, my scalp is less itchy, so I'm planning to keep using it for a while longer. I noticed that my husband's TS shampoo and my son's Atoshop Win-Win shampoo both contain cocamide DEA, so I looked it up and was shocked to find out it's a carcinogenic ingredient that's banned in Europe. That's why I checked the ingredients and chose Innolabz. My husband has been using TS for a long time, but I really dislike the advertising so I've never tried it myself - that's just my personal preference. Since I've only been using it for about a week, there's nothing really disappointing about it, but I wish the mint scent was a bit stronger. I'm really happy with this product! The ingredients are fantastic and it smells amazing. Plus, even though it's made with natural ingredients, it creates a wonderful lather and leaves my skin feeling so fresh and clean! The price is a bit steep for me. I'd definitely repurchase if it were just a little more affordable!
