I have enlarged pores and textured skin. Since I was already using retinol, this didn't irritate my skin at all. I applied it to the rougher areas and left it on for about 40 minutes. My skin felt noticeably firmer and smoother afterward, and I could really see the texture evening out. I bought this specifically for my pores, so I was hoping it would target them directly. While the results are subtle, I can definitely see some improvement in how refined my skin looks. I'm planning to keep using it because I have a feeling consistent use will show even better results. The price is a bit steep, I'll be honest. Also, the mask itself is quite large, but since my eyes are on the smaller side, it was a bit tricky to apply it properly. Most gel masks come in two separate pieces, but this one is made as a single sheet, which honestly feels so much more satisfying when you peel it off. I've tried plenty of gel masks from different brands, and having to deal with two separate pieces, then positioning the eye and lip cutouts just right on my face—it was such a hassle. This one-piece design is such a relief! The mask itself is quite thin, and while the fit seems pretty good overall, I did notice it lifted slightly around my chin area. Size-wise, it felt a bit narrow across my face. After using it, my skin looked noticeably brighter and felt incredibly plump and bouncy. Even though it contains retinol, I didn't experience any irritation at all. I don't really have any complaints. I tried retinol for the first time and now I totally get why everyone raves about it! Seriously, when I wake up the next morning, my skin looks so refined and I can definitely feel my complexion has improved dramatically. That said, since this is definitely a potent product, I did feel a bit worried that I might irritate my skin if I wasn't careful with how I used it.
