The quality is exactly the same as the larger one! It's identical to the original full-size product, so I'm guessing the applicator puff has the same quality issues. I absolutely love this! I have really problematic acne, so I usually apply my cushion foundation quite thick to cover everything, and it gets super sticky. But with this product, all those bumps and texture just disappear, and my skin looks incredibly smooth and baby-soft. It's amazing! It runs out way too quickly, which is disappointing considering the price. I accidentally grabbed a shade that was way too dark, but honestly, it didn't show at first. Then once I started layering it with my cushion compact and added powder, my face looked noticeably darker. Apart from that shade mishap, this product is seriously amazing! I picked up a shade that's too dark for me, so that's the issue. Everything else is actually fine. I can't believe how amazing this budget powder is! I'm absolutely loving it and I'm pretty sure I'll be repurchasing once I finish this one. The texture is so fine and smooth - it applies beautifully! I also love how soft the puff is! If you have a lighter complexion, this shade might work for you, but I'd skip it if you're shade 25 or deeper. Pro tip: I recommend applying this with a brush!

Shade 21 is actually my usual skin tone, but honestly, it runs really light! If you normally wear shade 19 cushion, I'd recommend this for you. For people like me who use shade 21, it's a real mismatch - you definitely need to go with shade 23 instead. +04.01 Seriously though, it's way too light. Honestly, just spend an extra two dollars and grab something cheaper from Ably instead - that would be plenty good enough. The compact case is so cheap and flimsy. It looks like something a kid would carry around.

Honestly, you don't even need foundation or cushion compact - just use this with concealer and you're all set. Seriously, it's perfect! It's labeled as a fragrance, but the scent is barely noticeable. After tapping it on once, use a large powder brush to blend it out evenly without any clumpy spots.
