It's a muted-tone formula, so the color payoff isn't super intense (based on shade 22). I'd recommend this to anyone who loves a subtle, understated finish or has a lighter complexion. Based on shade 22, the color payoff was disappointing. When I applied it thicker, it felt a bit heavy and suffocating on the skin. This product has a lot of white cast. Personally, I found the heavy white cast and weak color payoff disappointing, but if you love that luminous, highlighted effect, this could be perfect for you. The fragrance is way too strong. The color intensity is also disappointing, and I thought it might work better as a blush base, but the overwhelming scent is really giving me pause. Plus, it feels quite drying when applied. I use a brush to apply it. If you dislike heavy white cast and prefer rich, pigmented colors, I really can't recommend this. It honestly feels like you're just swiping on white. I haven't had it for long, but I think it's because my skin tone is a bit deeper. If you're a shade 21, this works wonderfully as a blush base! I'd definitely recommend it for deep undertones! Plus, the price is incredibly affordable, so I'm really happy with it! I can't really think of any downsides, but since my skin is on the deeper side, I do wish it showed up better with a lighter application. That's my only small complaint. It looks beautiful when you pair it with 3CE Kaindashai! Or you can also use it together with Mudd Rosy Breeze for a gorgeous look!
