There's nothing better for exfoliating and removing dead skin! The pads are so thin that you can even use them as a mask, which is amazing. I highly recommend this for tackling flakiness and refining your skin texture during seasonal transitions. If you have sensitive skin, the AHA and BHA ingredients might feel a bit irritating, so I'd suggest doing a patch test first before using it all over. I have extremely sensitive skin and have tried many toner pads that claim to be gentle, but this one feels the most soothing. My skin doesn't feel irritated at all, the essence is generously saturated, the pad adheres really well to my skin, it doesn't shed fibers easily, and it's incredibly effective at calming my skin. After showering or cleansing, I wipe my face with this toner pad and then continue with the rest of my skincare routine. My skin seems to absorb everything so much better this way. I've tried other serums and creams, but they don't give me the same results. I think I've finally found my holy grail toner pad. I used it like a mask treatment and loved that it really helped keep excess oil from building up in my pores. I can already see my skin texture looking noticeably smoother. Since I have sensitive skin, I'm noticing some breakouts popping up, but I'm not sure if it's from this product since I'm using several other skincare items at the same time. I decided to try It's Skin toner pads since they're so popular, and I'm really impressed! They're incredibly hydrating and packed with essence, so my skin feels noticeably calmed and soothed after using them. I've been using these without any complaints and they work great. But since I've been absolutely loving It's Skin's basic skincare line, I genuinely waited for this exfoliating toner pad to drop! I'll be honest—I'm a pad nomad who actually enjoys switching between products. Once I finish a container, I move on to the next toner pad. Even after finding this one, that habit hasn't changed, but I think this is a pad I'll keep repurchasing during seasonal transitions! Essence Amount As you can see from the photos, the essence is generously saturated into the pads. There's seriously so much that it moves around when you shake the container (you could even add extra cotton and keep using them!). I've noticed with other brands that when the essence pools at the bottom like this, the pads on top end up dry. But that's not the case here at all—every single pad from the first one is completely soaked with essence. What I really appreciated is that the amount isn't excessive. With exfoliating toner pads, too little essence is a problem, but too much actually prevents the pad from doing its job properly. This one hit the sweet spot. Pad Texture The pad material is absolutely fantastic. I don't normally use facial towels, but after using these pads, I actually thought about buying one because they're so sturdy yet incredibly soft. My previous exfoliating toner pads were usually embossed or gauze-style, but this one works beautifully for exfoliating without needing those features. The fabric is similar to Kineff's exfoliating toner pads but softer and stretches really well. Even when I stretch them, the cotton holds the essence so well that they don't tear or fray, which means I can use them for a full toner treatment without any irritation. The pad size is also perfectly generous! Usage Experience "Gently cleanses" is exactly how I'd describe it. I was honestly surprised this is an exfoliating toner pad because it feels so gentle. That's why I think of it as a seasonal essential. Even though I regularly use exfoliating toners, I sometimes find them too harsh, especially during seasonal transitions when my skin gets more sensitive. During those times, skin becomes reactive and you need to adjust your whole routine accordingly. This pad is perfect for those periods—it soothes while gently exfoliating, which is exactly what you need. Final Thoughts 1. There's so much essence that you can refill with extra cotton for extended use 2. Despite the generous essence amount, it doesn't leak or feel messy—very convenient 3. The pad material is genuinely excellent! It's soft yet sturdy, stretches well, and the cotton doesn't pill, so irritation is minimized 4. It doesn't just exfoliate—it also soothes and feels incredibly refreshing 5. Perfect for gently exfoliating during those sensitive seasonal transition periods The only downside is that there aren't many pads per container. I wish they'd offered a larger size option at a more affordable price point.
