Since it's a BB cream, it has such a smooth application and blends beautifully onto the skin! I love how effortlessly it goes on. Unfortunately, it contains pore-clogging ingredients and the formula isn't ideal for my skin. It removes easily without that heavy, foundation-like grip I was hoping for. The wear time is quite short and doesn't last as long as I'd like. My skin texture doesn't look as refined with this product, and my pores are still visible. The coverage is really weak and doesn't provide the concealing power I need.

The shade just doesn't match my complexion. Honestly, I'd rather skip makeup altogether than wear this. I think this would work great for anyone with a deeper skin tone. I have combination skin that tends toward dryness, and I've noticed more heat buildup on my face since wearing masks regularly, so I'm always dealing with a pimple or two. I was already using Isntree's red sunscreen and loved how well it worked with my skin, so when I heard it paired beautifully with this BB cream, I decided to try it. Here are the amazing things I discovered: 1. Incredibly hydrating This formula is packed with moisture and feels so dewy. It applies smoothly with just your fingers, almost like a sunscreen. 2. Impressive staying power With other hydrating foundations I've tried, my makeup would always break down under my mask by afternoon. But using this BB cream with the Isntree sunscreen? My face stays way less oily throughout the day, and the wear time is seriously impressive. Even after sweating during a workout with my mask on, when I took it off, there was no white cast or clumping—the coverage held up beautifully! 3. Comfortable on skin and no breakouts Since I have sensitive skin, sometimes the wrong base or mask can make my skin feel irritated or stinging underneath. This BB cream doesn't do that at all. It feels more like I'm layering sunscreen and skincare rather than heavy makeup, so my skin feels calm and comfortable. Plus, I usually get a pimple or two from wearing masks all day, but since using this product, I haven't had any breakouts! 4. Natural finish with beautiful skin texture It applies thinly with a fine texture, so it looks like barely-there makeup. There's a subtle glow that makes my skin look genuinely beautiful. 5. Easy to remove I can take it off completely with just Bioderma cleansing water and water—no residue left behind! 6. A little goes a long way Just a tiny bean-sized amount covers my entire face! 7. No ashy cast I'm a shade 21, and when I first squeezed it out, it looked a bit dark, so I thought it might oxidize darker. But as I blended it, it adjusted to my skin tone perfectly and actually brightened it. Best of all—absolutely no ashy finish! 1. Coverage isn't the strongest When I applied it thicker to cover acne scars, the coverage was just okay, but the wear time suffered and the makeup looked heavy. I found that using a thin layer of BB cream plus concealer on problem areas gives me better staying power, fuller coverage, and a more beautiful skin finish. 2. The price is steep For a BB cream, this is on the pricier side. That said, since you only need such a tiny amount per application, the cost per use actually feels pretty reasonable! This BB cream is the perfect match with Isntree's red sunscreen!

It has such a radiant, luminous finish. One of the reasons I'm obsessed with Lancôme is the fragrance is absolutely divine. Of course, this is personal preference, but the scent is so lovely that I enjoy using it even when I'm applying my emulsion. Plus, once I apply it, my complexion looks noticeably brighter and more refined than my natural skin tone. Since it comes in a tube, I have to carry both the applicator and the product with me, which is a bit inconvenient. I picked this up from a dermatologist, so I felt confident using it! Right after applying it, my skin feels really hydrated and dewy. But as time goes on, it dries down to a nice, smooth matte finish. The staying power seems a bit weak. I could definitely feel that this is a gentle BB cream made with quality ingredients How do I put this... it removes too easily? Dewy. Luminous. My skin is combination and tends to get really dry and flaky in winter. This one keeps my skin hydrated, so it's absolutely perfect for winter use. I have sensitive skin, and it doesn't irritate me at all. I'm really happy with how well it works for me. The coverage isn't that impressive. I've never finished a BB cream before! I picked up a puff at Olive Young and I just dab it on by pressing and bouncing it instead of rubbing it in. The staying power could be better, but it works fine if I apply a little powder on top of the BB cream.
