I'm a loyal user of retinol and I absolutely love it. You can really see the difference when you use it versus when you don't - the results are that noticeable. I decided to stock up and repurchase it this time around. The amount of product you get doesn't match the price tag - it's way too small. The dropper is also pretty tiny, which makes it annoying to use every last drop. I've been consistently using vitamin C and retinol products on my oily skin for quite some time. Lately, I've been really into Isntree products, so I picked up their retinol too. It feels gentle on my skin without causing any irritation or breakouts. The absorption is smooth and hydrating, and I've noticed my skin texture and complexion have become noticeably brighter. I think retinol is definitely a product worth using regularly. The dropper is quite short, which makes it inconvenient to use every time. It's tricky to dispense the product properly toward the end when the bottle is running low. If you're new to retinol, I'd suggest using it just a little bit every two or three days at first. Try mixing it with a hydrating essence or serum to make it gentler on your skin. Don't push yourself too hard right from the start, or your skin might react negatively.

My skin type: I'm in my 30s with dry skin overall, but my T-zone tends to get oily. I also deal with some pigmentation concerns and need a boost in firmness. I've always had great results with Isntree products, so I was already a fan. When I spotted this on sale at Hwahae, I couldn't resist grabbing it. Before this, I'd been using lower-strength retinol serums from Innisfree and Daiso's Bonsep line, and I was really looking for something with a higher retinol concentration. I'm genuinely impressed with the formula. It contains 0.1% retinol paired with firming powerhouses like bakuchiol at 1% concentration, making it the perfect next step up from my previous lower-dose retinol routine. Definitely a win! Yes, the 20ml bottle is on the smaller side, but the price point is so reasonable that I'll be flying through it and restocking soon. The only thing that would make this better is if they switched out the dropper. It feels a bit clunky to use, honestly. I think a pump dispenser would be way more convenient. When I apply a peptide-rich booster serum first, this retinol serum feels so much gentler on my skin and absorbs beautifully. This is my third purchase! I really love the Isntree brand because of their thoughtful ingredient formulations, and I trusted them again with this retinol serum. I'm so happy with the results - my pores look noticeably refined and my skin tone feels brighter and more radiant. - I love that it has a high retinol concentration and doesn't contain ingredients that irritate my skin. - It's packed with stabilized ingredients, so despite the high retinol content, it's surprisingly gentle and non-irritating. - At first, I wondered if it was actually working since it felt so mild, but after using it daily, I started noticing some light flaking. That's when I knew it was doing its job, so now I'm using it every other day! - I was ready to switch to a pharmacy-grade vitamin A product if this didn't work out for me, but I'm really happy with it, so I'll definitely be sticking with this one for a while. - I don't really have any complaints. I'm going to put this bottle upside down to show it's completely full. My first impression is that it glides on smoothly and absorbs beautifully. Once it sinks in, there's no sticky residue at all. Plus, my skin feels refreshingly cool and stays hydrated rather than dry. I've been consistently using retinol for anti-aging, and since I love experimenting, I keep trying different products without sticking to just one. I've been applying retinol regularly without breaks, and I used to get those pesky little bumps frequently with rough, dull-looking skin. But at some point, I realized I stopped stressing about it and my skin just started looking better. There's nothing really wrong with it. If I had to nitpick, it's the scent? It has a medicinal smell to it. I'm guessing you intentionally skipped adding fragrance?
