Before discovering this product, I desperately wanted to create those gorgeous, defined under-eye highlights with makeup, but no matter what I tried, it just wouldn't work, so I eventually gave up. But once I started using this primer and layering my eyeshadow on top, I can actually create those beautiful under-eye highlights so easily! Not only does the eyeshadow color show up incredibly vibrant over this primer, but it also feels like the primer really grips the shadow particles, which means the wear time is amazing too. I saw some reviews from beginners saying blending was super difficult and that it set too quickly, so I was a bit worried before buying. But if you use a cheap pink blending brush from the drugstore to blend it out while applying, you won't have any issues at all! I really recommend using a brush applicator for the best results! After just one use, this became my holy grail product, and now I'm collecting it in every shade. Honestly, the color doesn't play that big of a role, so if you're mainly looking for the primer's performance, I'd suggest not overthinking the shade choice too much. Just decide between warm or cool undertones and go with that. Honestly, everyone loves this product - the fixing power is flawless with deep undertones and a neutral finish. It's absolutely perfect. The setting happens so quickly that you really need to work fast to get the color to blend beautifully. Finger puff application: Don't leave the product exposed in your hand. Apply directly to your cheeks or eyes first, then dispense the product. If you don't follow this method, it will harden.

The fixing power is amazing and works so fast! On lazy days, I just apply this and my eye makeup is done. I bought this because it was supposed to keep my eye makeup in place all day, but honestly, I don't see much difference between days when I use it and days when I don't. I was worried my makeup would melt this summer, so I decided to try the Jab Blend Seoul Eye Primer that everyone raves about for its staying power, and I'm really happy with it. I used to get so frustrated with powder blush disappearing throughout the day, but with this product, my blush stays put all day long. It's such a time-saver because I can do everything at once, and even when I'm sweating buckets in the summer heat, it doesn't budge, so I barely need to touch up my makeup. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone whose makeup tends to fade or who sweats a lot. As for the color, it's a peach shade, but it's a really atmospheric peach that makes you look naturally radiant when you apply it. It's a warm tone that works for everyone. When applying this product, I hold it with my thumb and index finger and tap it on, then immediately blend it out with a finger sponge using quick dabbing motions. For the eyes, I tap it on just once without dragging, using quick tapping motions. After being out for 9 hours, here's what I captured! My color and eyeliner held up beautifully throughout the day. I stayed mostly indoors, but honestly, considering how hot it's been lately, I think this product performed really well for me! As you can see in the photo, I did notice some creasing happening. I applied it exactly as suggested—just a tiny amount dotted on and blended out—but it still happened. If you have heavy pigmentation around your eyes like I do, you might be disappointed. For those with significant eye area pigmentation, I'd recommend trying shade 1 or 9 instead of shade 5. Since applying too much can cause creasing, try using just a small amount and gently tap and blend it across your eyelids for the best results.
