If you're careful with application, it never actually touches your skin, which makes it really hygienic. The formula is gentle and clean, so if peptides work well for your skin, this could be a great option. Plus, even though it's a sample size, the amount is surprisingly generous. The person I share it with tends to get product all over the container opening when they use it. If you're not mindful during application, it gets messy and dirty quickly. I love the ingredients in this product. It hydrates beautifully without feeling sticky or heavy. The texture applies so smoothly on the skin. My skin felt so hydrated and plump with moisture after using this! The fragrance is gentle and not overpowering, so even those with sensitive noses should find it pleasant. Plus, it spreads beautifully across the skin and absorbs wonderfully without leaving any residue. The only downside is that the hydration doesn't seem to last very long, probably because my skin is quite dry. This serum has a lightweight, emulsion-like texture, but it applies with a really nice hydrating feel. Since it has a bit of oil content, I think it works better for dry skin types than oily skin. I don't expect dramatic wrinkle-improvement results from just this one serum, so I'm using it more as a hydration and oil-balance treatment. What I absolutely love is that it's fragrance-free. I know a lot of people complain about scent in their skincare, and I'm someone who believes fragrances really don't belong in basic skincare products. I can't really think of any downsides. The dropper is pretty convenient too. If you find that applying cream before makeup causes pilling, you can skip the cream and use this serum as your final step in your skincare routine instead. The texture is wonderfully creamy and bouncy. Your skin feels firmer and more refined after using it. Plus, the scent is subtle and not overpowering at all. The formula is quite thick, so it doesn't dispense easily from the dropper. You might end up having to apply it directly from the stick onto your face, which can be a bit messy. I'd recommend applying this after you finish your nighttime skincare routine. This is a lightweight emulsion formula. I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not sure what benefits it offers. The packaging arrived with just the product alone, which made me wonder if something was off. When I opened it, I could clearly see that it was significantly underfilled just by looking at it. So I poured it into another empty container of the same size that I had at home, and sure enough, it's definitely not the full amount. Even though it's supposedly a sample, the quantity doesn't match what it should be, and I'm really concerned about whether this was a used product that was sent to me. The fact that the opaque container hides what's inside feels like a complete disrespect to consumers. This product works really well for my dry skin, and I'm so glad there's a sample to try first. It's reassuring to use something without any harsh ingredients, so I've been applying it after my morning and evening massage routine. Since it's an emulsion with plenty of hydrating oils, I think it works even better in the evening. After about a month of use, I'm very satisfied with how it performs. I'm definitely planning to buy the full size once I finish this sample. As I'm getting older, I've come to really appreciate how this leaves my skin feeling dense and moisturized, which is exactly what I need. I don't really have any complaints. The only minor thing is that the absorption is a bit slow, which is slightly disappointing. When the weather gets cold and windy, using this morning and evening would be ideal. My cheeks feel so plump and bouncy.
