The powder version has this plastic-like taste that makes it really hard to swallow, and honestly it doesn't taste great either. So next time I bought the granule form instead, which was so much better! This supplement is definitely hit or miss depending on the person. It's one of those products that really needs to work with your body chemistry, so if it doesn't agree with you, you probably shouldn't take it. I used to take it in pill form, but I decided to try the powder version. I was honestly worried it would taste too bitter at first, and it definitely does have a bitter taste. However, it's not so bad that I can't take it. After using it for a while, I've gotten used to the flavor and it's fine now. I haven't personally noticed much of a difference in how I feel, but my sister mentioned that her joint discomfort has improved a bit, which is great! You have to mix the powder and take it, and because of how the product is formulated, it has quite a strong bitter taste. I picked up this MSM powder because I heard it absorbs quickly and works really well. The price point is also really reasonable. The powder formula has a strong taste that comes through, which makes it tough to use. I've been taking this as capsules and also used the powder form for higher doses! I found that mixing it with vitamin C powder made it taste fresher and easier to take. While it's supposed to be good for joint health, I didn't notice any real difference, so I stopped taking this supplement.
