Honestly, I didn't notice any results at all. I'm struggling to write more than this. I bought this because YouTubers kept saying it was great for controlling acne and oily skin with no side effects. I thought I'd need an adjustment period, so I only took one tablet on the first day. Big mistake. My body temperature shot up to 39 degrees and I broke out in hives all over my body except my face. I stopped immediately after that one dose, but here we are a month later and the hives still haven't gone away. I'm forced to keep taking antihistamines every single day. The moment I try to stop, the itching comes back and the hives flare up all over again. If I could go back in time, I'd do anything to stop myself from buying this supplement and beg myself not to take it.
