I used to get diarrhea pretty frequently whenever I ate frozen foods, but once I started taking these probiotics regularly, it completely stopped! At first I didn't realize the probiotics were making the difference, but when I ran out and stopped taking them, the digestive issues came right back. Now I make sure to take them every single day. Since this is an international direct purchase product, shipping isn't the fastest. Compared to other supplements, the price feels a bit steep. There's no noticeable scent, and the pill size is easy to swallow for anyone who regularly takes supplements without any trouble. To be honest, the probiotic supplement I was taking from Denmark before this worked much better. In terms of effectiveness, this ranks below my previous Danish probiotic. I saw reviews mentioning people take two or three capsules at a time, and I wondered if that was okay, but since the recommended single dose didn't seem to work, I assume that's why others take more. I used to only be able to buy this from iHerb, but now I can get it at Hwahwae too! It's really great for supporting digestive health. The price is reasonable and honestly, I can't find anything to complain about.
