I personally use it as a sunscreen base and apply a thin layer before my makeup routine. Because it's so hydrating, oily skin types might find it feels a bit heavy. During summer, you could experience some shine or greasiness, and if you prefer lightweight, fresh-feeling creams, this might feel too rich for your taste. Plus, it takes a little time to fully absorb, so if you're in a rush in the morning, it might feel like too much. In my case, I had to tap it in several times with a sponge to help it set properly. I wouldn't recommend using this alone. This product has a luminous finish when blended. Try mixing it with foundation, cushion, or BB cream for seamless coverage. I'd suggest this when you're looking for a natural, skin-flattering glow. Not ideal on its own, honestly. Not really, since it doesn't provide any coverage at all. For outdoor activities, I'd recommend sticking with dedicated products like a separate cream, sunscreen, and foundation. I tested it on the back of my hand and wiped it with a tissue after about five minutes, and it did transfer a bit. No coverage at all. I was hoping to share this with my mom, and I really appreciate that it applies smoothly and doesn't cause any irritation. However, the shade is just too dark, so my mom is the only one using it now. My skin tone is shade 19, but it's way too dark for me to wear.

It has the smooth, creamy application of a true cream product, but it barely functions like a foundation. The application is really nice though. You get a subtle tone correction and a semi-matte finish. The SPF is honestly unclear, and there's almost no coverage, but there is a slight smoothing effect on the skin texture. It's definitely the most confusing product I bought in 2024. The ingredients are decent enough, so I sometimes use it like a primer before foundation or cushion products. Honestly, it doesn't brighten your skin tone, it doesn't have any color-correcting function, it doesn't provide coverage, and it doesn't really work as a primer either. But I've found it's not bad when I mix it with other products. That said, I can't really recommend it. The ingredients aren't great, and the scent is very dated - it has this old-school fragrance, almost like a vintage powder scent. For me, it's a really unclear product. If you don't have anything specific you're trying to hide, you love the scent of cosmetics, you don't have any allergic reactions to specific ingredients, and you don't mind your makeup looking obvious, then maybe this product could work for you!
