I'm really happy with this! The staying power is fantastic, and the shade is perfectly balanced—not too dark, not too light. I used shade 5 before, but it looked so much darker in person than on the website. Shade 9 is absolutely gorgeous and the color is exactly what I wanted. Plus, it feels so moisturizing! Since it's a lipstick, there's a tiny bit of creasing when I close the cap, but honestly, that's the only thing I could mention!

When I apply it thin, it lasts all day as a natural lip look, and if I layer it about three times after doing my makeup, I get a rich, bold color payoff. This is my number two must-buy item whenever I visit Japan! I definitely need to grab all the other shades too. The moment air conditioning or heating hits my lips, they feel like the Sahara Desert. Layering a clear, tacky lip balm on top helps a bit. Even in the photo, you can see how the air conditioning dried out my lips.
