It's somewhere between a lipstick and a tinted lip balm, so you can easily control how much color you want. The texture feels amazing when you apply it. It's a muted plum shade that gives you a subtle glow with a light application, but when you layer it on, it creates such a gorgeous mood. If you're into deep winter tones, this shade works perfectly whether you're going bare-faced or fully made up. This plum lip color has such a soft, muted tone that I absolutely love using it like a lip balm. Since I have a cool, deep skin tone, it's perfect for my complexion. The color payoff isn't overly intense, which is exactly what I wanted, and the formula feels so nourishing. Among all the moisturizing lipsticks I've tried, this one has the best staying power by far. The texture is like a solid color lip balm - it's firm and comfortable to wear. Winter shades 19 to 21 are absolutely perfect for me. The color matches my skin tone beautifully, it lasts all day long, and the moisturizing formula keeps my lips feeling hydrated. I even use it as a blush because the shade is so flattering. This color is honestly my go-to now—I keep repurchasing it because nothing else compares. The case isn't really my style, but it's clean and functional. The product has no fragrance.

I picked up this lip balm thinking it would be sheer, but I'm pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and beautifully it glides on. It's a red lip with subtle plum undertones, and since it's a balm, the color payoff isn't too intense, making it perfect for everyday wear and even flattering enough to rock without any other makeup. As a lip balm, the color deposit isn't very strong and the wear time is shorter than I'd hoped. It can shift and clump easily depending on the temperature, so you need to apply it gently. If you want richer color, try building it up with thin layers instead of pressing it on heavily all at once, and you'll get a much prettier result.
