The ingredients are fantastic, and I'm honestly more satisfied than I expected. I don't think I'll be switching to other products anytime soon! My husband, who usually deals with oily hair that just won't quit, says this really tackles that problem perfectly. The cleansing power is exactly what I was looking for. No dryness, no flaking, and overall it's a total winner. I've tested out several other brands too, and this one definitely ranks at the top! I genuinely can't find anything disappointing about it, and I'm really happy using it. If you've been consistently using shampoo bars, you'll be fine with this one. But if it's your first time trying a shampoo bar, the stiffness might feel a bit off-putting at first. I'd recommend using it alongside a conditioner bar to help you adjust to the texture!

My second daughter's hair used to smell no matter how thoroughly I washed it or how many different shampoos I tried. This soap finally solved the problem. As for oil buildup, I used to see it return by mid-afternoon with regular shampoo, but switching to this shampoo bar means my hair stays fresh all day long. Some shampoos give me headaches if I use them wrong, but this product never causes that issue, which is amazing. If you find your hair feeling dry, I'd recommend trying the light blue or blue shampoo bar from this same line instead—it has a more moisturizing feel. The scent is quite strong, combining herbal notes with a masculine skincare fragrance. Using just the shampoo bar alone will naturally feel a bit dry and straw-like, so I use it together with their treatment bar, and I really recommend using them as a pair. The scent is incredibly strong. Since I prefer unscented products, this intense fragrance is overwhelming. That said, it does an excellent job controlling oil and odor in my hair—it's the best for that. If you have combination hair and prefer lighter scents, I'd suggest trying the light blue product from the same line. Just rub it a few times on your scalp area, then lather it up—you'll get plenty of foam. Reducing plastic waste for a healthier planet. This shampoo bar is formulated with nourishing ingredients that support hair health. One bar supposedly equals 500ml of liquid shampoo, but honestly, it's not as convenient as I hoped. With a pump bottle, you can control exactly how much product you're using each time. With this bar, it's hard to gauge how much you're actually applying. I have to lather it in my hands first, then work it through my hair, which means I end up using way more than I probably should, and it takes forever. The bar edges are getting cracked and dried out from the air exposure, making it difficult to create a good lather from those areas. The thin, angular shape means there's too much surface area drying out. If they made it rounder and more three-dimensional, it would last longer and perform better. I even tried using it in a soap net, but that just meant only the flat sides wore down evenly, so I couldn't use the whole bar efficiently. Plus, as a shampoo product, hand-lathering has its limits, and the bar feels too dry and rough to massage directly into my hair. I was thinking about buying their conditioner bar too if this worked out, but I'm definitely passing now. Honestly, this bar format works better as a body wash alternative than for hair care. And they really went overboard with the fragrance—it's incredibly strong and smells like men's cologne. While the scent does fade within two weeks, when I first opened it, the bathroom was completely overwhelmed with the smell, and it even filled the entire bedroom. Turns out this is more concentrated than I expected, so you really do need to use it sparingly. But psychologically, that's hard to remember, so I end up lathering it multiple times and piling it on my hair—it becomes a lather party.
