I bought this because they were raving about it on the shopping channel, but honestly, I can't find anything good about it. I'm going to use up the free trial and send it back. My face gets so itchy after using this. I really don't want to use it again. I don't think I can ever use it anymore. They said it would create lots of lather, but it barely does, and I'm worried about breakouts.

Honestly, once I started using this product, I can't go back to anything else. It's gentler than other cleansers I've tried, yet the cleansing power is even better! After washing, my skin feels so hydrated and looks noticeably healthier (and I really mean it!). Blackheads and whiteheads? They're basically invisible now! I'm not sure about acne-prone skin, but for sensitive skin like mine, it's perfect. For dry skin types, it might feel a bit tight, but since I have dry skin and hate when cleansers strip away all moisture, I really appreciate how this one keeps my skin feeling soft and supple. It's honestly wonderful! The product keeps coming out in small amounts and hardens in the tube, which is frustrating. Even when I squeeze and wipe, more keeps coming out. And the scent... the other cleanser smells so nice, but this one doesn't have the best fragrance. That said, I've gotten used to the smell over time, so it's not a dealbreaker. Apply it to a completely dry face and work it into a lather. Then gradually add small amounts of water as you massage. I loved that it was affordable and came with so much product. But then!!! it was absolutely terrible I've only had my skin react badly twice in my life, and this is the first time it's happened with a cosmetic product. It started with tiny bumps and then spread across my entire face, leaving marks everywhere. Even now, without any makeup on, you can see all the damage. Honestly, this is the worst product I've ever used in my life I'm even scared to use it on my body. Among the three shades in this version, this one has the best cleansing power. It applies smoothly and leaves no residue after rinsing. Applying it without water and rolling it on feels dry, so I have to add water in between. After pumping it out, it tends to collect at the pump opening, so the next time I use it, there's dried product stuck there or it drips onto the bottom. The main advantage is that you can cleanse everything in one step. Honestly, that's really the only positive thing about it. I can usually handle regular soap cleansers and foam cleansers with my eyes open, but this one? I can't even open my eyes. It really stings. I ordered seven of these from the home shopping channel, used just one, gave four away to friends, and threw out the rest without even opening them. That was eighty thousand won down the drain. I trusted it because a traditional medicine doctor put their name behind it, but I'm completely disappointed.
