Costco brands typically outsource their production rather than manufacturing in-house. From what I understand, their shampoo and conditioner are produced by companies like Pureology Hydrate. My bleached hair was severely tangled, and since it costs around eight dollars in the US, I figured it was worth trying without much risk. While the ingredients aren't top-tier, it doesn't trigger any of my usual allergies, and my previously lightened hair feels incredibly silky and smooth to brush through. It's honestly made my hair feel so healthy again that I almost can't believe it. The fragrance is quite strong, and when I first used it, the scent from this conditioner made me uncomfortable throughout the day—I typically don't enjoy heavy cosmetic fragrances. However, I've gotten used to it now. Be careful not to apply it all the way up to your scalp, as it can cause itching. Make sure to pump out small amounts and apply it gradually in sections, starting from the mid-lengths of your hair.

1. This conditioner is definitely oil-rich, so it feels heavier compared to other rinses. It gives me the impression that my hair will become even softer... haha. I've heard that people with oily scalps should avoid it, but since I rinse thoroughly, I haven't noticed any greasy buildup. 2. The value for money is really great! 1. Wow. The scent is... really overpowering. It's such an intensely sweet fragrance. I don't usually complain about strong smells, but this is honestly the most intense hair product I've ever tried. It's so strong it practically gives me a headache. 2. There was no dramatic transformation! It's just like any other conditioner... apply it, rinse it out, and that soft feeling disappears.

After using this combo, my hair becomes incredibly smooth and shiny. The conditioner really does its job perfectly. Plus, when you consider the amount you get for the price, it's honestly a great deal! I haven't really had any complaints while using it. The only thing that caught me off guard at first was the pump being a bit stiff when I first tried it, but honestly, that might just be me not using it right, haha!

This generous 1-liter bottle is a great value. The scent is noticeable but pleasantly balanced. Even a small amount creates incredibly soft, silky hair. If you have oily scalp, you might want to skip this one. Since just a little bit makes hair feel greasy, it's clear this product has a high oil content. When I use this alone, my hair gets noticeably oilier much faster than usual.
