      My parents asked me to buy them vitamins, so I got some for them and tried them myself a few times. They seem really good, so I'd definitely recommend them. The value for money is excellent and you get a generous amount, so it's a supplement you can take consistently for a long time. If you're someone who doesn't nitpick and is looking for something with verified ingredients, Kirkland vitamins are hard to beat.
      Since the formula is tailored to specific age groups, some nutrients fall a bit short of the daily recommended amount. That said, you can easily make up for these through regular meals, so there's no need to worry too much. The pills are a bit large, which might make them difficult for older people to swallow, but it's not really that challenging. Overall, I don't see any major drawbacks.
      I used to go to Costco to buy these in person, but these days I just order them online. Going back and forth takes time, money, and energy, so honestly ordering from home ends up being more affordable anyway.

      The price is really affordable and you get an amazing amount of product. There's so much that the whole family can use it and still have plenty left over.
      While the large quantity is both a pro and a con, if you don't use it regularly, it can expire before you finish it.
