They seem really good, so I'd definitely recommend them. The value for money is excellent and you get a generous amount, so it's a supplement you can take consistently for a long time. If you're someone who doesn't nitpick and is looking for something with verified ingredients, Kirkland vitamins are hard to beat. Since the formula is tailored to specific age groups, some nutrients fall a bit short of the daily recommended amount. That said, you can easily make up for these through regular meals, so there's no need to worry too much. The pills are a bit large, which might make them difficult for older people to swallow, but it's not really that challenging. Overall, I don't see any major drawbacks. I used to go to Costco to buy these in person, but these days I just order them online. The price is really affordable and you get an amazing amount of product. There's so much that the whole family can use it and still have plenty left over. The value for money is fantastic! I appreciated that the vitamin content isn't overly concentrated, so it feels gentle and easy to use without any worry. You can only purchase one bottle at a time. If you buy multiple bottles, you end up with too much product and it expires before you can use it all. Great value for the price, and the flavor isn't overpowering so it appeals to most people. I also found the size really convenient to take on the go. The ingredient list is pretty minimal compared to a standard multivitamin formula. I love how affordable this is. Once you buy it, it lasts you such a long time. It doesn't have iron in it. If you're a woman of childbearing age, skip the silver formula and just go for a regular adult daily multivitamin instead. I picked this up at Costco and the price is fantastic. With 430 tablets, taking one daily means this bottle lasts over 14 months. My parents use it, and when I looked at the nutritional information, it covers well over 100% of the recommended daily intake for most nutrients for adults over 50 in Korea. Since my parents only supplement with a multivitamin, omega-3, and probiotics, this is perfect for them. They mentioned there's no stomach upset either. Since vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients that are hard to manage separately, I'd recommend this product if you want everything in one convenient formula. I use the regular version myself, and I really think it's an excellent value for the price. The large quantity is both a strength and a slight drawback. The bottle is quite big, and the tablets are fairly large too, though I'd say they're manageable at this size. If you're already taking multiple supplements, check the nutritional information before purchasing. Make sure you're taking an appropriate dose, as taking too much isn't ideal. I love how affordable this is! The quantity is so generous that my whole family can share it and it lasts forever. The pills are way too big. I had the same issue with another vitamin C product, and this one is just as oversized.
