This is truly a great value product. You can buy it from warehouse clubs like Costco and use it regularly. Foreign brands tend to have larger pills, so my mom had to crush hers before taking it.

True to Costco's reputation, the product comes in a generous size that's perfect for stocking up and using regularly. There's really nothing major to complain about. This is a vitamin I first tried at Costco. The quantity is generous and the value for money is excellent, so I've repurchased it multiple times. These days, even if I don't visit Costco in person, there are people who offer purchasing services, so I can conveniently order online. The nutritional content inside is quite rich, so this single supplement is enough that I don't need to take other vitamins. The supplements in this line don't always have this issue, but occasionally when I take it on an empty stomach, I feel a bit queasy. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about. Since the quantity is generous and it's suitable for the whole family regardless of age or gender, buying one bottle means the entire family can benefit from it. If you're only buying a single vitamin, purchasing it online is much more cost-effective than going to the store in person. You save on travel expenses and time.
