I love that there's plenty of product, so I can use it generously for a long time. It feels fresh and really helps with oil control and blackhead removal. Best of all, it has a nice cooling effect that's perfect for summer use, and it washes off cleanly too. I didn't really notice any downsides. This cleanser works incredibly well and you get so much product for your money. It's gentle on skin too, so honestly, there's no need to splurge on expensive Japanese brands. I feel like I wasted money on overpriced products before this! It's seriously the best cleansing water I've ever used. It even removes eye makeup and color cosmetics effortlessly. This product lasts such a long time since you get so much product in each bottle. The cleansing power is really impressive too - it removes makeup and impurities so effectively. I absolutely love the generous size of this product - you really get so much for your money! The cleansing power is fantastic. I just soak a cotton pad and gently press it on my eyes for a moment, then wipe away, and everything comes off beautifully. My friend who has really oily skin came over and tried it, and she was so impressed she immediately asked me what brand it was! She's used it a couple of times now and says it's not only amazing at cleansing, but it's also helped with dead skin and breakouts. The only downside is that the bottle is so huge it feels like it takes forever to use up. No matter how much I use, it barely seems to go down. Also, since there's quite a bit of lemon extract in the formula, sometimes when my skin is feeling sensitive, it can sting a little.

The cleansing power is solid. The shimmer particles don't leave much residue on my face, so I'm confident the cleansing performance is good. The amount is seriously generous—I've been using the same bottle for about two years now. Even though it's marketed as a no-rinse formula, I personally don't love that slightly sticky feeling, so I have a habit of rinsing with water at the end. I haven't experienced any breakouts or irritation since I started doing this. Everyone mentions the pump issue, and honestly, that's the biggest drawback. Plus, there's a lot of lemon water in the formula, which is heavily promoted, and because of that, it's not extremely stinging when it gets in your eyes, but there is a noticeable sting. If you saturate a cotton pad generously, a lot of the product gets in your eyes when removing eye makeup, so you have to be careful. Since it's such a large size, using it for a long time makes you tired of it. Next time, I'm thinking of trying Monstre or Sensibio and comparing them. Since the pump is difficult to use and requires manual dispensing, I've started making my own cleansing pads by placing gauze-type cotton pads in a container—similar to the eraser pads or exfoliating pads you find in stores—and pouring the cleansing water over them. I prepare them in advance and use them as needed. Pulling out one pad at a time is so convenient. When the pads are too saturated, they sting my eyes when removing eye makeup, so I gently squeeze out the excess moisture from the gauze pad stack and adjust the dampness to the right level. It's perfect this way. If a pad feels a bit dry or I've squeezed it too much, I can always pump once or twice more to add moisture. Love it, really love it! Don't just use it once - try using it twice for best results. No real complaints here. Use it once, or use it twice.
