This is my third purchase and I'm loving it! I have naturally thick eyebrows, so I usually skip the pencil work, but with this product I get effortlessly natural-looking brows without any extra effort! My eyebrows do get a bit itchy and I end up scratching them, but honestly it's fine because even if it smudges, it's so easy to reapply and touch up!

My eyebrows are naturally thick and dark, and no matter how much I try to thin them out or groom them, they always look a bit too heavy and blunt. But when I use this product just a few strokes, my whole expression becomes so much softer and more refined. I really love that it has no reddish or yellowish undertones, which makes it perfect for cool-toned skin like mine. The only downside is that my eyebrows can look a bit clumpy and stiff with this product. The ash gray shade gives such a sophisticated, mysterious tone. I just pick up a tiny bit of product on the brush, sweep it backward along the tail of my brows first, then use what's left to gently define the front. It looks so natural and effortless! Don't touch your brows after applying this. They'll get smudged, haha! Just leave it as is and wash your face normally when you're ready.

Since I don't have lighter hair, I can't experiment with every shade, so I've been using shade 8, which is perfect for me. Shade 8 is an ash gray that works beautifully on darker hair and gives you that sophisticated, refined look. There's no fragrance, which I appreciate, and it's super easy to use—just brush it through your brows following the natural hair direction. That said, the product does transfer onto the brush a bit, so when you first start using it, you'll want to be gentle and precise with your strokes. If you're too rough with it, you might get some color on the skin around your brows. The brush itself is quite full and fluffy, which contributes to this. The ash gray in shade 8 has more ash tone than I expected, which I really like. The color shows up beautifully and applies evenly, making your brows look fuller and more voluminous than they actually are. It's easy to use and gives you that naturally fuller brow look you're going for—definitely a winner! The downside is that you really need to match it to your hair color. You absolutely have to test it in-store before buying, which can be inconvenient. That said, if your hair color is consistent, one test run should be enough to figure out which shade works for you.

Since my eyebrows are naturally very dark, this product works beautifully on me. The shade is so natural-looking, and just changing my eyebrow color makes my whole face look softer and more approachable. The color payoff on my arm is amazing too! The only thing I wish was different is that it's a bit tricky to control the amount of product. People say I look completely different now. It applies so smoothly and thinly that I feel amazing every single day It can feel a bit stiff sometimes, but honestly that's the only thing. Otherwise it's absolutely fantastic

I love how the shade matches my natural eyebrow color so well - it gives me such a natural look. I use it every single day! The instructions on the bottom of the product are only in Japanese, so I can't figure out what they say. It's not a huge deal though.
