I've been using this for 8 years since 2016. I cleanse at night and apply it right away, then layer a regenerating cream on top, and it really seems to help with skin firmness. When I compare how my skin feels with and without it, the difference in that bouncy, taut texture is the most noticeable change. Since I have to open the glass bottle frequently to use it, there are occasional accidents like cutting my fingers, but I can tolerate that for the sake of keeping the product fresh. La Mer cream requires warming it up before applying, so it takes a bit of extra effort to apply it directly to the face. I'm currently using the 30-day anti-aging program ampoule. What I really love is that I can try different ampoules tailored to my skin's needs at reasonable prices. Since these come in glass ampoules, you need to learn the proper opening technique before use, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the fragrance is quite strong, so if you have sensitive skin or prefer lighter scents, this might feel overwhelming. It absorbs beautifully and feels so hydrating without being heavy. I really love how fresh and lightweight it leaves my skin! The absorption is incredibly fast. My skin looks radiant and feels so hydrated. The results show up right away, and people keep complimenting how great my skin looks. I have a retinol sensitivity, but this product works perfectly for me. When I checked the ingredients list, I have to say they're not as clean as I'd hoped. I'm really torn about this one.
