The price is really affordable, and it applies so smoothly to the skin. It works beautifully regardless of your skin tone. I didn't experience any breakouts or irritation. However, I wish it did more for my deeper pores, so I find myself reapplying it several times. It blurs so naturally. Since it's in a beige shade, it feels like it subtly evens out my skin tone too. It's just like the Make Up For Ever Step 2 Primer. The formula is more matte and powdery than dewy, which helps the base adhere better. It fills in fine pores beautifully. My skin isn't dry or itchy. I have combination skin that tends to feel dehydrated, and even during winter when my skincare routine is minimal, I didn't experience any tightness or irritation. It applies so smoothly. The value for money is incredible. At first, I thought the tube was too small, but since you only need a tiny amount and the performance is so good, it's honestly amazing value. It's lightweight and so convenient to use. The tube format lets you dispense exactly what you need, and there's no product hardening at the opening. You can use it cleanly and precisely. There's nothing negative to mention. It was out of stock a few times before I managed to grab it, but I'm so glad I didn't forget to pick it up. Apply it after sunscreen. I accidentally applied it first once, and it felt a bit sticky with less pore coverage. If you want to fill larger pores, you'd need to use too much product. My skin feels so smooth and refined, and I love how it minimizes the appearance of pores. I'm really happy with this product and will definitely be repurchasing it next time. The only downside is that my skin seems to react oddly to it. When I apply too much, it feels uncomfortable on my skin. My skin is super oily, so during summer my makeup always smudges and runs because of sweat. I was hunting for an affordable primer and decided to try this one from the drugstore, and honestly? On days I use it, my makeup stays fresh and powdery-looking, and it definitely reduces smudging. Plus, I'm not dealing with that greasy shine throughout the day. The price is really affordable and you get a generous amount. The shade blends beautifully with my skin tone. It doesn't do the best job at minimizing the appearance of larger pores. If you're looking for dramatic, transformative results, this might not be the product for you.

The key is to apply it gently and smoothly without rubbing too much, because if you overwork it, it can clump with the sunscreen you applied underneath. A light hand and the right amount make all the difference. It falls a bit short on my nose where I have really enlarged pores, but honestly, wearing it makes a noticeable difference compared to going without it. I was actually shocked when I noticed how visible the pores were on someone's cheeks, and I thought, 'Oh no, is that me too?' That's when I started using this primer regularly. After applying it, everything looks so much more refined and polished overall. You need to press it in gently with a bit of warmth so it absorbs properly! If you wait a moment and then tap your cushion foundation on top while pressing gently, it adheres so much more beautifully and evenly.

• I have naturally deep and large pores, so a primer is essential for me. I decided to try the Daiso primer after hearing it works just as well as products from Olive Young. • This primer applies smoothly while creating a beautifully blurred, soft-focus effect on the skin's surface. • Most people recommend using just a pea-sized amount, but I actually apply about three times that amount. Even with this generous application, my base makeup doesn't feel heavy or cakey. (Just gently remove any excess oil from your skin before applying) • On days when my skin isn't cooperating, if I skip the primer and just apply my base, all my pores become visible. But after using this product, my pores actually look noticeably smaller. • The results are impressive, though I wouldn't say they're absolutely life-changing. It's more like "this is definitely better than not using it at all." (The effect is definitely there) • It doesn't exactly fill in the pores themselves. Instead, it removes oil buildup inside the pores while creating that blur effect, which reduces light reflection and makes pores appear smaller. • You might think this is the same as using powder, but powder doesn't blur as deeply into the pores, so the effect isn't quite as strong compared to a primer. • I recommend using powder lightly before applying blush or contour, and then use it one more time at the very end to set your entire base. • I was worried that since the primer goes deep into the pores, it might not wash off completely during cleansing and could cause breakouts. But I haven't experienced any acne issues while using it. (My skin is sensitive and breaks out immediately if a product contains irritating ingredients, so this is a real testament to how well it works) • Any downsides? Honestly, no. Just buy it. For this price, the value is absolutely unbeatable. • If you find that this primer feels heavy or you're not seeing results, try adjusting the amount you're using. I was pleasantly surprised by how much product you get—I've been using it daily and it's lasted me about a month without running out! First of all, it's absolutely amazing at concealing pores, and the value for money is fantastic... The makeup does tend to look a bit cakey if you're not careful, but honestly, as long as you avoid rubbing it on, it's completely fine!! When you're layering makeup on top, make sure to gently tap it on instead of rubbing or dragging it! This is especially important when you're applying a semi-matte base!!
