As long as I tie my hair up properly, apply the hair treatment mask well, and massage it in thoroughly, it does the job! The recommended time is 30 minutes, which is a bit longer than I'd like, but it leaves my hair so silky and smooth! It's a bit of a hassle to use, and compared to other hair treatment masks, this one tends to cause more breakouts on my back. That's a pretty significant downside for me. Just make sure to wash your back really well after using it!
