This cleanser is so gentle and easy to use without any worry. It lathers beautifully and leaves my skin feeling fresh. The cleansing power is a bit weak, so my skin gets oily quickly. I was really concerned about hair loss, so I decided to give this a try specifically for its scalp-cooling benefits. I'm genuinely happy with it and keep using it regularly. The cooling effect fades pretty quickly. After using it a few times, even when I apply the cooling shampoo to my scalp, I don't feel that refreshing sensation anymore. The scalp cooling effect is fantastic! The lather is rich and creamy, making this product perfect for summer use. The fragrance is just okay. My husband gets really hot easily, so he wanted to try a cooling shampoo. He says it feels refreshing! Since his scalp is on the sensitive side and usually gets red when we use the wrong products, I was worried, but this one works great for him. I didn't feel as much of that cooling sensation as I was expecting. That said, my husband uses it regularly and he's happy with it, so that's what matters. Don't rinse the shampoo out right away after applying it. This cool shampoo gives such a refreshing sensation! It's even better to use during the summer. It's so cooling that even sensitive skin feels the refreshing effect, including on the face. However, compared to how cool it feels, I'm not sure about its actual cleansing power.
