Everyone around me seemed to love it. The texture applies smoothly without any stickiness, and it creates a thin, protective layer on the lips. It's not heavy or suffocating, making it perfect for reapplying throughout the day as your go-to daily lip balm. When you gently rub it on dry lips a few times, it melts naturally and glides on moisturized. It maintains hydration without irritation for a long time, so it seems especially ideal for those whose lips dry out easily under air conditioning indoors. When I applied it before bed, the moisture lasted into the next morning. If you prep your lips with a lip treatment product like petroleum jelly to exfoliate and hydrate first, then apply this, it stays soft and smooth for hours. Without the prep, I'd scoop a bit with my fingernail, apply a thicker layer before sleep, and wake up with less flaking and smoother lips. The hydration level is above average, which makes reapplication convenient. The packaging is adorable and compact, fitting perfectly into a pouch with great portability. Even in summer, it stays firm and doesn't melt, which I really appreciated. The value for money is solid, so I'd definitely recommend it. While the hydration wasn't bad, it falls a bit short when lips are severely cracked or peeling. It worked well once my lips had recovered somewhat, but if you're looking for an intensive rescue lip balm, you might find it slightly disappointing. It has a pleasantly tart grapefruit juice scent. The fragrance only comes through when I apply the lip balm. Since I have sensitive skin, lip balms sometimes don't work well for me and leave my lips feeling itchy, but this product doesn't have that problem at all! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it... though I'm honestly not sure how moisturizing it is. The scent is amazing! It smells so wonderfully fragrant and lovely. When I'm feeling down, applying this lip balm instantly lifts my mood and makes me feel refreshed. At this price point with this level of satisfaction, I'm already thinking about trying another shade next time! - The formula is quite thin, so it wears down really fast. - Even though it's a lip balm, I hit the bottom in just three weeks. - You end up using so much because you have to scrape it out with your nail. Compared to other lip balms, the application wasn't as smooth as I expected—it felt a bit thick and heavy. That said, the moisturizing power is really impressive, and I absolutely love the scent. The texture is quite thick, so it doesn't glide on as smoothly as I'd like. For the price, though, you really can't beat the value.
