I really appreciated that this red ginseng stick is reasonably priced and so convenient to consume. In terms of effectiveness, I didn't notice a significant difference, and the price varies wildly depending on where you shop.

I find myself buying the red ginseng stick form pretty regularly because it's so convenient to consume and easy to carry around. What I love most is that red ginseng really does warm up my body from the inside out, and that feels amazing. The price point feels really fair, so honestly I don't have any complaints about it. If you find the taste too bitter, try mixing it with honey and sipping it like a tea. It makes it so much more enjoyable.

Spreading it out is so sticky and messy, which is why I prefer taking one stick daily. The flavor is pleasant and not overwhelming, making it really easy to use. Even when I squeeze out the stick completely, there always seems to be a bit of product left inside, which feels wasteful. It's disappointing to throw away that remaining amount. It's so convenient to keep these on the table and enjoy one at a time.
