The stick format makes it so convenient to use. The taste isn't overwhelming or unpleasant at all. Plus, the stick design looks really cute and stylish. I used it for two weeks but didn't notice any real difference. You can enjoy red ginseng supplements at an affordable price. I didn't notice any real results, and honestly, I think it would be worth spending a bit more on a premium option like Kyungok-go instead.
