The cleansing power is solid, and it leaves my hair with a squeaky-clean finish. Though I have to say, my strands feel a bit stiff after using it. The cleansing works great! Though I feel like it could use a bit more nourishment. I really love the melon scent! The nourishment seems a bit lacking compared to my previous shampoo, which I think worked better for me.

Overall, it's a solid, reliable shampoo that delivers what you'd expect. It has a very similar feel to the other shampoos L'Oréal Paris has been putting out, so if you've enjoyed their products before, you'll probably like this one too. As for downsides, I'm honestly not sure yet - it seems pretty standard to me.
