This essence is absolutely perfect for anyone who frequently perms and colors their hair or has long locks. It's especially great for bleached or frizzy hair. The formula feels like a lightweight oil, and it doesn't leave any sticky residue after application. For my shoulder-length hair, one pump is enough to cover everything. If you have longer hair or lots of volume, two pumps should do the trick. While the texture isn't heavy, once you apply it, you'll realize it delivers serious nourishment and hydration. The scent is quite sweet with woody and musky notes that create a rich fragrance. I think people will have strong opinions about it either way. But when it comes to moisture and nourishment, I'm giving it two thumbs up. Since one pump covers so much, I think this will last me a really long time. If you use too much product, your hair can get weighed down. The fragrance is also quite polarizing, so it's not for everyone. One pump is really enough. When applying, gently smooth the product through the ends of your hair instead of rubbing it in.
