When it touches your face, you can feel how gentle it is, and it has such a pleasant scent. But what I love most is how it rinses away completely clean without leaving any greasy residue. It's funny because even when I think the bottle is empty, the pump keeps dispensing more! The main downside is the price point. Otherwise, there really aren't any other drawbacks.
