Easy to apply and layer. The white cast divides opinions, but I'm happy with it since I wanted that brightening effect. My skin is super sensitive and usually breaks out with sunscreen products, but this one didn't cause any irritation. No cooling sensation. Emphasizes dry patches. As time goes on, only white cast shows through, making it more noticeable. The area under my mask turns into white powder and feels heavy. The white cast looks unnatural and divides opinions. Despite all these drawbacks, the formula is really good. Among mineral sunscreens, the Doctor Green shade is the only one that hasn't caused any irritation for my really sensitive and delicate skin. Since my sunscreen kept getting wiped off under my mask, I realized I needed a cushion formula. I picked what seemed like a gentle sun cushion and tried it, but after two disappointing attempts, I decided this had to be my last try before giving up. I was worried that after applying sunscreen and wearing a mask, inflammation might start creeping up from deep in my skin, but this product doesn't do that at all. That's honestly all I need! It has a nice cooling effect, applies smoothly, and you can see exactly where you're applying it because of the slight white cast it leaves. I was specifically looking for a sun cushion I could reapply throughout the day without irritation, so I'm happy about that part, but the white cast is pretty noticeable. I actually like how it gives a brightening effect instead of needing foundation, but this one leans a bit too much toward that brightening rather than looking natural. I'm usually a shade 21 in yellow undertones, so I'm not sure if this would work better for people with lighter skin tones.
