I chose this biotin plus formula specifically because it contains biotin among other vitamins. My boyfriend decided to try it too since he's been concerned about hair thinning. You only need to take 2 capsules daily, and they're small and odorless, making them super easy to take. The bottle contains 60 capsules. If you're looking for a product that combines vitamin C and biotin, definitely give this a try! It also contains pantothenic acid. The price feels a bit high for the amount you get. I really love that this is made with just the essential ingredients you actually need. When I take it, my skin feels less dry even during winter, and my hair seems noticeably stronger. The downside is that the vitamin C content is quite low.

I didn't notice much difference at first, but after taking it consistently for about two months, my hair texture really seems to have improved! I've definitely seen results on my nails and cuticles. They were breaking easily before, but they're getting noticeably stronger now. As for my hair, I can't really tell much of a difference yet. Having to take it twice a day is inconvenient, and I keep forgetting to take the second dose. After about a month, I started noticing new hair growth coming in. Plus, my hair that used to feel thin and limp now has so much more body and strength to it. I don't really have any complaints. The only thing is that the price felt a bit steep for my budget. You'll want to use this consistently for the best results.
