I love that I can enjoy this as a tasty treat instead of regular gummies while getting my magnesium at the same time! The flavor is really pleasant and easy to enjoy. The price is quite steep at full price, though it's more reasonable when there's a discount. Other than the cost, I honestly can't find anything else to complain about.

Honestly, one serving a day wasn't cutting it for me - I didn't see any improvement in my eye twitching. I think I need to take two or three servings daily. I chose this over pills because the absorption seems faster. It's really convenient to take, and I think it's perfect for anyone who doesn't like swallowing pills. For the amount of active ingredients you're getting, the price feels a bit steep, so it's hard to use it regularly without breaking the bank.
