Probiotics that are so easy to take on the go! I've tried yogurt and other options to deal with my frequent constipation, but Lactofit is by far the most convenient and effective for me. I take it three times a day after meals sometimes, or just morning and evening other times, but I can definitely tell the difference between days when I take it and days when I don't! I honestly can't think of a single downside to Lactofit. I feel anxious when I run out at home! When you travel, just toss a few packets in your bag and they barely take up any space. It's become quite popular, so I keep using it regularly. The taste is really delicious, and my kids drink it without any hesitation. I don't have constipation issues, but when I feel a bit under the weather, drinking it makes me feel refreshed and energized. Plus, it's compact and easy to carry around. The price feels a bit steep. I understand that costs are rising these days, but it seems like they've raised the price quite significantly.

It tastes so sweet and delicious... honestly, it's almost too good, which makes me wonder if it actually works. But I can definitely tell a difference between taking it and not taking it. When I use it regularly, my digestion really improves noticeably. Love it! There's a reason why this tastes so good. The ingredient list includes "plant-based cream blend powder (corn syrup, refined palm oil, concentrated milk protein powder, lecithin)" and while I'm not an expert, these don't seem like the best quality ingredients. If it wasn't just about the taste, did they really need to add all of this? I've read that probiotics work best when taken on an empty stomach. I take one packet first thing in the morning right after I wake up!

First of all, the 200-serving size is an amazing value that I really appreciate. Plus, since it's the premium version of Lactofit that my dad loves, I feel confident trusting this product. Having to take 3 servings every day is such a hassle. Honestly, I even struggle with remembering to take it just once a day, so I ended up giving up.
