I bought the mom's version for my pregnant friend as a gift, and she absolutely loves it! What makes this special is that it contains Lactobacillus reuteri, a beneficial probiotic strain derived from breast milk—totally different from regular probiotics. Since this is the first beneficial bacteria a baby receives from mom, I'm going to make sure my friend and my little one keep taking it consistently to stay healthy. It has this weird, medicinal plum-like flavor that I can't get past. A family member who is pregnant tried this and told us how much they loved it because it made digestion so much easier! There are so many different types of probiotics out there, so finding the right one for you really matters. Personally, the powder formula just doesn't work for me. Since it comes in powder form, it's super convenient to mix into other drinks and beverages whenever you want.
